Study & educational notice. Vivrecon is provided for educational and study purposes. It is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for the data you enter and the decisions you make.
This Privacy Policy explains how Vivrecon (“Vivrecon”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Vivrecon website and mobile application (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Vivrecon is operated by the Vivrecon team. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at nataljapolozun@gmail.com. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.
Our legal bases (where GDPR applies) are performance of our agreement with you, your consent (for advertising cookies), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, your payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and handled by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller/processor under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive limited information such as your subscription status and renewal date.
If you use the free plan, we display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through a Google-certified consent message before non-essential advertising cookies are used, in line with Google’s requirements. Paid (Premium) subscribers are not shown ads. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
We use local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language. Advertising partners may set cookies as described above, subject to your consent where required.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), and Google (advertising). These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies. We may also disclose data if required by law.
We keep your account and the data you enter for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it unless we are legally required to keep certain records.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email nataljapolozun@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use industry-standard measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit and hashed passwords, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The “Children” feature is a tool for parents to track their own household expenses and does not create accounts for children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your data may be processed on servers located in the European Union and by service providers in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are applied.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
